Over the weekends we usually go out and treat ourselves to a yummy Veggie Egg Wrap at a local cafe. This week was a special one and since I have class most nights, I decided to make the Veggie Egg Wrap myself! Its super easy, more inexpensive than going out, and is a very tasty treat for breakfast. Our egg wraps cost about 5$ each. I spent about that much on ingredients and we have a bunch of stuff left over!
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
hot sauce (any kind you like and any degree of hotness! I used an apricot pepper syrup which was good, but after tasting I prefer alittle more spicy)
Once the egg mixture is scrambled, take a spatula and place egg mixture on top of cheese in a line going down the center of the wrap.
