The tree pose is yoga can help with balance, posture and general relaxation as it helps to focus one's mind on a fixed point while keeping balanced physically in the world around them. Wanna try it? Its easy! Just follow below:
1-First, stand tall with both feet on the ground, toes touching. While keeping your feet still, circle your body so that you are feeling your feet rooting into the ground.
2- Slowly take your right hand while lifting your right foot. Place hand on outside of foot and bring bottom of foot to sit on inside of left thigh.
3- Once your foot feels secure on your inner thigh, slowly lift your right hand off of your foot.
4- Take both hands and place in prayer position in front of your heart.
5- Pick a gaze point out in front of you and stand for 10 minutes, or until you feel you are done.
