Milk - Pour One More - A Giveaway!

(via)

I love milk, especially organic milk. Milk comes in many varieties based on what you are looking for. There's skim milk, low fat milk and whole milk. There's raw milk (unhomogenized/unpasturized), regular milk, organic milk, organic grassfed milk and/or unhomogenized milk.  So many options for this delicious treat! Milk is used to make ice cream, cream, butter, frozen yogurt, and so many other tasty treats. No wonder its enjoyed by so many people! Luckily milk also has a huge amount of vitamins and nutrients. According to a study at WhyMilk.com titled What Americans Are Missing, 9 out of 10 Americans are missing key nutrients in their diets, three of them noted in the study, calcium, Vitamin D, potassium and fiber. Fiber is mostly from fruits and veggies, but the others we can get a huge dose of from milk! Its a great study and I definetly recommend taking a look at it!

I'm so excited because the Pour One More milk campaign is offering a wonderful giveaway to a reader of Simple Living in a Big City!
